Tirumala Darshan Timings
The darshan timings at Tirumala are dynamic and can change based on the daily rituals, weekly
sevas, and special festivals. However, here is a general schedule for the main types of

General Temple Timings
Temple Opening: The temple generally opens around 2:30 AM with the Suprabhata Seva.
Temple Closing: The temple usually closes around 1:30 AM after the Ekantha Seva,
except on Fridays when it may close earlier.
Darshan Timings by Category
Sarva Darshan (Free Darshan):
1. Timings for Sarva Darshan can vary significantly depending on the day and
crowd. On a typical day, it might be open from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM and then again from
8:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
2. On peak days and during festivals, the darshan timings are extended to
accommodate the
large number of pilgrims. The waiting time can be anywhere from a few hours to over 15
hours, especially for those without a time-slot token.
Special Entry Darshan (₹300 Tickets):
1. This darshan is for pilgrims who have booked a ticket online in advance.
2. The timings are specified on your ticket. They are usually allotted in time
slots throughout the day, often from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
3. On some days, there might be evening slots available as well, running up to
10:00 PM.
Infant Darshan:
1. This special darshan for parents with an infant under one year of age is
available from
12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on all days.
2. You must go to the Supatham Entry Point with the infant's birth certificate
and the
parents' ID proofs.
Senior Citizen and Differently-Abled Darshan:
1. Special slots are available for these pilgrims.
2. Timings are typically at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
3. Advance online booking of the darshan slot is mandatory for this category.
NRI Darshan:
1. NRIs and foreign nationals can avail of a special entry from 12:00 PM to
6:00 PM at the Supatham Entry Point.
2. You must present your valid passport with an Indian visa or OCI card showing
your arrival date in India within the last 30 days.
Divya Darshan (for Pilgrims on Foot):
1. This darshan is for devotees who walk up the hills via the Alipiri or
Srivari Mettu
footpaths.
2. Tokens are issued along the way, granting them access to a faster darshan
queue.
3. The darshan timings for this category are generally aligned with the Sarva
Darshan
timings.
Seva Timings (Specific to the Seva)
1. Suprabhatam: This first ritual of the day is performed from 2:30 AM to 3:00
AM.
2. Kalyanotsavam: This ritual is generally performed from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
3. Sahasra Deepalankara Seva: This seva is held from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
4. Ekantha Seva: This final ritual of the day is performed around 12:00 AM.
